Government College for Women, Bawani Khera (Bhiwani) is a State Govt. Girls College which has been founded in the year 2012 situated at Hansi Road, Near Bus stand Bawani Khera, Bhiwani.  It is affiliated to Chaudhary Bansilal University, Bhiwani which is a State  University. It is regulated by University Grants Commission.

Mission 
The stated mission of the college i.e. Government College for Women, Bawani Khera (Bhiwani) is to provide:

  • Highest quality Liberal arts and basic science education through distinctive academic programmes that inculcate diligence in the pursuit of knowledge.

College for Women Bawani Khera aims to enhance the overall functioning and effectiveness of imparting education to the young minds by focusing on inclusive and holistic development , academic excellence, research & innovation and infrastructure development to maintain the institution's relevance and prestige 
College develops the Institutional Development Plan (IDP) for providing the higher education to the girls students of rural areas. IDP includes the goals of the institute devised in line with the goals of NEP 2020 and a time bound action plan for implementation of the various components considered and are given below.

PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Goals include:
  • Renovation and modernization of existing classrooms and laboratories to create a conducive learning environment for students.
  • Upgradation of library facilities with the latest books, journals, and online resources.
  • Installation of smart boards and audio-visual equipment in classrooms to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Develop sports ground  to promote physical well-being and extracurricular activities.
  • Enhance landscaping, outdoor seating areas, and green spaces to create a conducive environment for learning and relaxation.
  • To bring entire campus area under CCTV surveillance.
  • Digitalization of Library Facility.
  • Improve facilities such as student common rooms, canteen, and recreational spaces to enhance the student experience.
  • Implementation of sustainable energy solutions such as solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems to reduce the college’s carbon footprint.
  • Upgradation of IT infrastructure and implementation of digital learning tools to enhance the quality of education.
  • Establishment of a career counseling and placement cell to facilitate the placement of students in reputed companies.
  • Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the physical infrastructure to ensure that it meets the evolving needs of the college community.
